Tuesdays, 12:30 p.m., MOCA House - We'll share a poem or something we've read or discuss an article on current events... bring us something you've read about to discuss.

Tuesdays, 3:00-4:00 p.m., MOCA House - This new support group is For Men Only -- led by Bob, who guides us through topics men relate to.

Wednesday, 6:30 p.m., MOCA House - November board meeting was canceled.

Nov. 2, 9, and 16, 2011 - Women Care
Wednesdays, 3:00-4:00 p.m., MOCA House - This group is "for women only", led by Julie, where women talk about their concerns.

Nov. 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2011 - Living with Vitality
Monday, 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., MOCA House - Shari will teach us ways to enhance our life with energy and beauty. Men and women both enjoy this time spent with Shari.

Nov. 7, 2011 - Nutrition Niblet
Monday, 2:30 p.m. - "Staying Physically Fit" is the topic and Darcy will make us Turkey Tostadas. This healthful talk, compliments of the Ohio State University Extension Office, teaches us about eating well, and shows us how easy it can be. We get to take home yummy recipes, too.

Nov. 4, 11, and 18, 2011 -  Sewing Circle
Fridays, 12:30 - 1:30 p.m., MOCA House - Helen is teaching us how to do basic sewing and embroidering. Bring your project and we'll learn together!

Nov. 9 and 23, 2011 - Writing for Wellness
Wednesday, 6:30 p.m., MOCA House - Led by Eric, this evening time is spent exploring creative writing in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Everyone's welcome!

Wednesday, 6:30 p.m., MOCA House - A great way to explore your creativity!

Monday, 2:30 p.m. - "Getting Active with Food Labels" is the topic and Darcy will make us Fruit Kabobs.

Nov. 18, 2011 - November Birthday Lunch
Friday, 12:00 Noon, MOCA House, no charge - Everyone's invited to lunch at noon as we celebrate our friends who have a birthday in November!

Nov. 23, 2011 - Autumn Party
Wednesday, 5:00 p.m., MOCA House - Join us as we celebrate this beautiful fall season.

Nov. 24-25, 2011 - MOCA House is closed for Thanksgiving
We will be closed Thursday and Friday to give our staff time with their families.

Nov. 30, 2011 - Lifeskills Dinner
Wednesday, 5:00 p.m., MOCA House - Join us for dinner and an educational program on lifeskills. Please call for reservation. No charge.

Nov. 28, 2011 - Nutrition Niblet
