Maintaining a mental health lending library open during office hours and by appointment

The purpose of the library is to provide information about mental health issues, as well as to encourage and entertain. Access to the library is possible during office hours on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-2 (please call ahead if possible). In part of the library was funded through a grant from the Wayne County Community Foundation along with donations from many individuals.

Wayne Holmes Mental Health Coalition is a non-profit agency comprised of the local Chapters of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Advocates for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Coalition. Our mission is to promote recovery and improve the quality of life for persons with mental health issues through advocacy, education and support.
